These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Kofi Football website and the member platform (Service). By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Kofi Football is a digital football development platform.
It may include: training plans, videos, and educational content; progress tracking; the Elite Standards Test and generated reports; the Pillar Reset programme; PlayerZone subscription access; and member-only features.
We may update, change, or remove content and features to maintain or improve the Service. During a paid subscription period, we will not make changes that substantially reduce the core value of the Service you are paying for.
WHO MAY USE THE SERVICE
The Service is intended for football players of all ages.
Users under 14 years old may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Users aged 14 to 17 may use the Service independently, but may not purchase paid subscriptions.
Paid subscriptions may be purchased only by users aged 18 or older, or by a parent or legal guardian acting as the contract holder.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
keeping your login details confidential
all activity on your account
Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Football and fitness training carry risk.
The Service provides general information and training guidance. It is not medical advice.
You are responsible for:
checking your fitness to train
stopping if you feel pain or symptoms
seeking medical advice when appropriate
PRICES, TAXES & PRODUCT INFO
Prices are shown before purchase.
This business operates under the Austrian small business exemption (Kleinunternehmerregelung, §6(1)(27) UStG). Prices do not include VAT because the business is exempt from charging VAT under this provision.
If a price, description, or availability is wrong due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Payments are processed via Wix (payment provider). We do not store full payment card details.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout, including bank transfer. For assistance with payment, contact info@kofifootball.com.
If you purchase a subscription:

You receive access for the subscription period shown at checkout.

There is no minimum subscription term unless stated otherwise at checkout. You may cancel at any time.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

To stop renewal, cancel in your account settings at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is successful.
DIGITAL CONTENT DELIVERY & ONLINE CONTRACTS
Your access starts when we make the Service available to your account. This can be immediate after purchase.
Before completing a purchase, the checkout process shows you the steps needed to place your order. You can review and correct your entries before confirming. After you confirm your order, we send you an electronic confirmation. These Terms are available on the website in English and can be saved or printed at any time.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer (private individual), you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online contracts under Austrian and EU law. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. If you request immediate access to digital content or digital services during the 14-day period, you can lose your right of withdrawal, but only if all three of the following conditions are met:
You expressly consent that performance starts before the withdrawal period ends.
You acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once performance begins.
We then start performance.
That consent and acknowledgement must happen at checkout (for example, via a tick box). If you do not give that consent, you keep the normal 14-day withdrawal right.
How to withdraw:
To withdraw, use the Withdrawal Request Form on our dedicated page. We will confirm receipt by email immediately. You may also download the Withdrawal Form (PDF) and email it to info@kofifootball.com. You do not need to give a reason. Sending your notice within the 14-day period is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received for the withdrawn contract within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund. If you gave consent for performance to begin during the withdrawal period and you have not lost your withdrawal right (for example, because the service was not fully performed), we may charge a proportionate amount for what was provided, as allowed by law. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium: if you withdraw, no payment is owed for content already accessed. You may not continue to use or share the content after withdrawal.
ELITE STANDARDS TEST
The Elite Standards Test and the generated report are informational tools. They do not guarantee outcomes. We may update questions, scoring logic, tier labels, and report wording over time.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
share your account or resell access
copy, scrape, redistribute, or publish content except where the law allows
bypass paywalls, security, or access controls
upload illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights
interfere with the Service or attempt to disrupt it
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the Service is protected by copyright and related rights. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own purposes during your paid access period.
You must not reproduce, distribute, or publish the content unless we give prior written permission or the law permits it (for example, quotation rights).
USER CONTENT
If you upload content (for example, a profile photo), you confirm you have the rights to do so. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only to operate the Service.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
The Service may integrate third-party providers (for example, Wix, Brevo, YouTube, Instagram, analytics and advertising tools). The availability and behaviour of third-party services are not fully within our control.
AVAILABILITY & MAINTENANCE
We aim for high availability, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance and deploy updates. Some downtime may occur.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by law. This includes liability for personal injury and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (for example, outages at hosting or payment providers).
For consumers, statutory consumer rights and mandatory liability rules under Austrian law apply in full.
For business users, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of data, to the extent permitted by law.
SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
You may stop using the Service at any time.
If you breach these Terms, we will notify you and describe the issue. For non-serious breaches, you will have 7 days to resolve the issue. If the breach is not resolved within that period, we may suspend or terminate your access.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without a cure period, if you create a serious security risk, engage in illegal activity, or commit a breach that cannot be remedied.
If we terminate for breach, you are not entitled to a refund for the remaining period unless the law requires it.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE & TERMS
We may update the Service and these Terms. If changes materially affect paid users, we will provide at least 14 days' notice in the Service or by email before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with material changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
DATA PROTECTION
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.
CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In Austria, consumer ADR participation is generally voluntary for traders, except in specific regulated sectors. We are not obliged, and do not commit, to participate in ADR procedures unless required by law.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
